WJ2 Bank Transfer Fee: Who Charges and Where to Check
On InstaPay and PESONet the sending bank or e-money issuer may charge a fee; the receiving side is never charged.
Key facts and contents
- WJ2 Cash In Meaning on a Wallet and on a Cashier
- Cash in means loading money into a wallet; on a casino cashier the same step is a deposit.
- WJ2 GCash QR Code Deposit
- The WJ2 help centre lists a Deposit Thru GcashQR channel: open Deposit, pick GCASH with the QR channel, screenshot the QR code, load it in GCash's Scan QR from your gallery, confirm the amount and pay.
- WJ2 GCash Failed Transaction
- A GCash failed transaction has four common causes: a wallet limit, a bank cap, a payment that stalled in transit, or wrong payout details.
- WJ2 GCash Receipt
- Open the payment from your wallet's own transaction history, then open its detail screen.
- WJ2 Maya Limit
- Maya sets its own limit by account tier: Basic PHP 50,000 a month, Upgraded PHP 100,000, Super PHP 500,000, Ultimate PHP 5,000,000.
- WJ2 Maya Maintenance
- When Maya is under maintenance, stop retrying.
- WJ2 Proof of Payment for a Deposit Not Credited
- Proof of payment is the wallet receipt, its reference number, the amount, the time and your WJ2 username.
A bank transfer fee is charged by one side only: the institution that sends the money. The side that receives it is never charged, which is how both InstaPay and PESONet work. This page sorts every party in a bank deposit or withdrawal by whether it may charge you, and shows where to read the fee before you confirm. For the other cashier routes around it, see the payment gateway map for deposits.
Who charges on a bank transfer
| Party | May charge a fee? | Where you see it |
|---|---|---|
| Your sending bank or e-wallet | Yes, the amount depends on the bank | Your bank’s confirmation screen |
| The receiving bank or wallet | Never | Not applicable |
| The lobby, on withdrawals | No, the help centre says it charges nothing for withdrawing | Lobby help centre, Withdrawal |
| The InstaPay or PESONet scheme | The rails themselves set no charge to the receiver | Bank-transfer data on this site |
The practical rule is simple: if money leaves your bank, your bank states the price. If money comes to your bank, you are not charged for receiving it.
InstaPay fee: what it costs and who sets it
An InstaPay fee is set by the sending institution, so there is no single price. The GCash data on this site gives two examples of that: for linked-bank cash-in over InstaPay, BPI charges PHP 15 and UnionBank charges PHP 10, because the fee comes from the bank. Those are GCash’s published examples, not a WJ2 price and not every bank’s price.
Worked example with round numbers you can change: a PHP 10,000 deposit with a PHP 15 sending fee leaves your bank as PHP 10,015, and PHP 10,000 reaches the receiver. If your bank charges nothing, PHP 10,000 leaves.
Bank transfer limit: InstaPay, PESONet and the lobby
Limits come from three places, and they stack. The scheme limit is what the rail allows, the bank limit is what your bank allows, and the lobby limit is what its help centre lists.
| Limit | Figure | Whose |
|---|---|---|
| InstaPay per transaction | PHP 50,000 | The scheme |
| PESONet per transaction | No scheme cap, a cap may come from the sending bank | The scheme and your bank |
| Bank transfer deposit | Minimum 2,000P, maximum 200,000P | Lobby help centre |
| Other deposit channels | Minimum 100P, maximum 50,000P | Lobby help centre |
| Withdrawal | Minimum 200P per request, maximum 50,000P per day | Lobby help centre |
A deposit above the InstaPay figure has to use PESONet, which settles the same banking day for instructions that beat the cut-off. That is why a large bank deposit can arrive later than a small one.
Wallet fees are the wallet’s own
GCash and Maya charge their own fees on their own services, and none of those fees belongs to the lobby. For wallet caps, see the Maya limit tiers. For a QR payment instead of a bank, see GCash QR code payment steps, and for the rail itself read bank transfer casino payment facts.
Check the fee before you confirm
- Open Deposit in the lobby and read which channels your member centre lists.
- Enter the amount inside the 2,000P to 200,000P range for bank transfer.
- In your bank’s app, read the fee line on its confirmation screen.
- Confirm only when the total leaving your account looks right.
- Keep the bank reference until the lobby balance updates.
FAQ
Who pays the fee on an InstaPay or PESONet transfer?
The sending institution may charge it, and the amount depends on that bank. The receiving side is never charged, so the full amount reaches the receiver.
Does WJ2 charge a fee for withdrawing?
The lobby's help centre says it does not charge anything for withdrawing. Your own bank's rules on incoming money are separate, and only your bank can state them.
Where do I see the bank fee before I confirm?
On your own bank's transfer confirmation screen, before the final confirm. Read that screen line by line, because the lobby does not set your bank's charge.
Magkano ang limit ng bank transfer sa lobby?
The help centre lists a bank transfer deposit minimum of 2,000P and maximum of 200,000P. Other deposit channels run 100P to 50,000P.
