WJ2 Contact Page for This Site and Your Account
Two different kinds of problem end up on a contact page, and they go to two different places. A problem with your WJ2 account goes to the lobby, and a problem with a page on this site goes to the team that writes it. This site is a player-side reference and not the operator, as the about page for this site explains.
Account problems go to the lobby
Anything that touches your account is handled by the lobby and only by the lobby. That covers a login that fails, a forgotten password, a deposit that has not arrived, a withdrawal request, a bonus balance and wrong bank details. This site cannot see your account, cannot reset a password and cannot move money.
The lobby has a 24/7 Customer Service chat. Open the lobby, start the chat and tell the agent what happened. The lobby’s help centre also lists what to do for a deposit that has not credited: it says the balance should appear within 5 minutes in most cases and to contact support after 20 minutes.
Have these ready before you start the chat:
- Your username, which is the only identifier the registration form asks for.
- The time of the attempt and the amount, for a deposit or a withdrawal.
- A screenshot of the message or screen you saw.
- The channel you used, such as GCash, Maya, GrabPay or online banking.
Never share your password or your fund password with anyone, including this site. The page on WJ2 customer service options describes the chat and the footer links in more detail.
Problems with a page on this site
If a page here has a wrong figure, a broken step or a statement that no longer matches what you see, that is a site problem. This site has no account access, so it cannot help with your account, but it does want to fix its pages.
When you report an error on a page, include these details so it can be found and checked:
- The page address, for example /wj2-deposit/.
- The sentence or table row you think is wrong, copied exactly.
- What you see instead, and where you saw it, such as the lobby’s help centre or the game’s info screen.
- The date you looked.
No e-mail address is published on this site, and none is needed to understand where each problem goes. A correction is judged against the primary source named on the page, so a screenshot of that source is the most useful thing to include.
What to leave out
Do not include passwords, one-time codes, full card or bank numbers, or a photo of an ID in any message about a page. A page problem never needs them. For how this site treats information you share, read the privacy policy for this site.
