WJ2 Payment Gateway Between Your Wallet and the Cashier

A payment gateway is the connection that carries a wallet or bank payment to a casino cashier and sends back the result.

Key facts and contents
WJ2 GCash Receipt
Open the payment from your wallet's own transaction history, then open its detail screen.
WJ2 GCash QR Code Deposit
The WJ2 help centre lists a Deposit Thru GcashQR channel: open Deposit, pick GCASH with the QR channel, screenshot the QR code, load it in GCash's Scan QR from your gallery, confirm the amount and pay.
WJ2 Cash In Meaning on a Wallet and on a Cashier
Cash in means loading money into a wallet; on a casino cashier the same step is a deposit.
WJ2 Proof of Payment for a Deposit Not Credited
Proof of payment is the wallet receipt, its reference number, the amount, the time and your WJ2 username.
WJ2 Maya Maintenance
When Maya is under maintenance, stop retrying.
WJ2 Bank Transfer Fee
On InstaPay and PESONet the sending bank or e-money issuer may charge a fee; the receiving side is never charged.
WJ2 GCash Failed Transaction
A GCash failed transaction has four common causes: a wallet limit, a bank cap, a payment that stalled in transit, or wrong payout details.
WJ2 Maya Limit
Maya sets its own limit by account tier: Basic PHP 50,000 a month, Upgraded PHP 100,000, Super PHP 500,000, Ultimate PHP 5,000,000.

A payment gateway is the link between your wallet and a casino cashier: it carries your payment request out, waits for the wallet or bank to approve it, and brings the result back so the balance can change. You never see it as a screen of its own, which is why a deposit that leaves your wallet and does not arrive feels like it vanished. This page shows where the gateway sits, which four rails this site covers, and what the WJ2 help centre lists for deposits and withdrawals.

How a payment gateway moves a deposit

Every cashier deposit follows the same short route, whichever wallet or bank you pick. Knowing the hops tells you where to look when one of them stalls.

  1. You open Deposit in the lobby and pick a channel.
  2. The cashier sends the amount and your account details to the gateway behind that channel.
  3. The gateway hands the request to your wallet or bank, which asks you to approve it.
  4. The wallet or bank takes the money out and reports a result.
  5. The gateway passes the result back and the cashier credits your balance.

The wallet record is created at step 4, and the balance changes at step 5. A payment that has a wallet record but no balance change has stopped between those two steps, and that is the situation the proof-and-support pages below are written for.

Your payment channel: what the help centre lists

A payment channel is one named route through the gateway, such as GCash or Online Banking. The WJ2 lobby’s help centre, read on 2 October 2026, lists these under Deposit.

Help centre headingRail on this siteLimits the help centre states
Deposit Thru GcashGCashMinimum ₱100, maximum ₱50,000
Deposit Thru GcashQRGCashMinimum ₱100, maximum ₱50,000
Deposit Thru PaymayaMayaMinimum ₱100, maximum ₱50,000
Deposit Thru Online BankingBank transferMinimum ₱2,000, maximum ₱200,000
Deposit Thru GrabpayGrabPayMinimum ₱100, maximum ₱50,000

The help centre says deposits are open 24 hours, and that the channels a member sees depend on the member centre. Open Deposit after you log in and read the channel list there before you plan around any one rail. Step-by-step instructions for the QR route are on the page about the GCash QR code steps, and the full deposit walkthrough is in the WJ2 deposit steps.

The four rails behind those channels

This site covers four rails: GCash, Maya, GrabPay and bank transfer. The regulator and settlement lines below come from the data this site keeps for each rail, and they describe the rail itself, never WJ2.

RailRegulatorSettlement
GCashAn Electronic Money Issuer licensed through Bangko Sentral ng PilipinasWallet-to-wallet and InstaPay move in real time; PESONet settles the same banking day
MayaA registered Operator of Payment System and an Electronic Money Issuer in the books of Bangko Sentral ng PilipinasReal time wallet-to-wallet or InstaPay; same banking day via PESONet
GrabPayBangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, which has licensed it as an Electronic Money Issuer from 2018Wallet-to-wallet transfers in real time; pesos only
Bank transferThe National Retail Payment System under BSP Circular No. 980InstaPay round the clock in real time; PESONet the same banking day

Each rail has its own reference page with the wallet’s limits and fees: GCash casino limits and fees, Maya casino limits and settlement, GrabPay casino terms and bank transfer casino rails. For the whole set side by side, see casino payment methods in the Philippines. Grab’s own acceptable use terms bar GrabPay for casino games and betting, apart from gambling registered with the appropriate government agency, so read that page and the Deposit screen before you rely on that channel.

Casino cash in and casino cash out

Casino cash in is the deposit you send from a wallet or bank to the cashier. Casino cash out is the withdrawal you request back from the cashier. Neither is the same as loading or emptying the wallet itself, which is why cash in meaning on a wallet gets its own page.

What the help centre says about withdrawals

The Withdrawal page says requests are accepted 24 hours and that WJ2 will pay out within 10 minutes in most of the time. It lists a minimum of ₱200 per request and a maximum of ₱50,000 per day, says the turnover must be reached first, and says nothing is charged for withdrawing. A bonus balance stays locked until the bonus is complete. The WJ2 withdrawal rules page walks through the request itself.

When a deposit leaves the wallet and does not arrive

Work through these in order and keep every screen.

  1. Open the payment in your wallet and read its status. A confirmed payment has a receipt; see where a GCash receipt sits.
  2. Note the time. The help centre says to contact support when the balance has not come within 20 minutes.
  3. Gather the receipt, reference number, amount, time and your WJ2 username, as laid out under what counts as proof of payment.
  4. Write to the Customer Service chat, which the lobby says runs 24/7, and attach those items.
  5. If the payment shows as failed or the money came back, read a GCash failed transaction. If the wallet itself is down, read the Maya maintenance windows.

Do not pay a second time while the first is open. Two deposits of ₱1,000 that both reach the cashier are two credits, and a missing first one is then harder to match.

Fees and limits belong to the wallet or bank

The wallet or bank sets its own ceilings and charges. GCash states that cash in over the counter is free until ₱8,000 a month across all channels and costs 2 per cent on the excess, and Maya’s limits depend on its tier. Those are the wallet’s rules, not WJ2’s, and they sit on the wallet’s side of the payment. For the lines a bank can add to a transfer, see who charges the bank transfer fee, and for tier ceilings see the Maya limit tiers.

FAQ

What is a payment gateway in a casino deposit?

It is the connection between your wallet or bank and the casino cashier. You pick a channel, the gateway passes your payment request to the wallet or bank, and a confirmation travels back so the cashier can credit your balance. The gateway holds no account of yours and sets none of the wallet's limits.

Which payment channels does the WJ2 help centre list?

On 1 and 2 October 2026 the Deposit page of the help centre listed GCash, GcashQR, Paymaya (Maya), Online Banking and GrabPay. The channels you see in the member centre may vary, so open Deposit after you log in and read the list there.

How long should a WJ2 deposit take to show up?

The help centre says you get the balance within 5 minutes in most of the time. If it has not arrived after 20 minutes, it tells you to contact support. Keep the wallet receipt and reference number ready before you write to the Customer Service chat.

My money left GCash but the casino balance did not move. Sino ang hahabulin?

Start with the lobby's Customer Service chat once 20 minutes have passed, and send proof of payment: the receipt, the reference number, the amount, the time and your WJ2 username. Raise a dispute with the wallet only if support cannot match the payment.

Is casino cash in the same as cash in on GCash or Maya?

No. Cash in on a wallet loads money into the wallet from a bank, an outlet or a partner. Casino cash in is your deposit from the wallet to the cashier. One payment can involve both, but they are two separate steps with two separate records.

Does WJ2 charge a fee on deposits or withdrawals?

The help centre says it does not charge anything for withdrawing. A wallet or a bank can still charge its own fee on its side of the payment, and that fee is shown by the wallet or bank, not by this site. Read the confirmation screen before you pay.

Heading over to WJ2?

Your account, your balance and every promotion are held by WJ2 itself; this guide holds none of them.
