Upgraded needs a video selfie, a valid ID, a verified address and verified personal information. Maya publishes no detail on what qualifies an account for Super or Ultimate.
Maya wallet limit and Maya monthly limit
Maya states its wallet limits as monthly figures: PHP 50,000 on Basic, PHP 100,000 on Upgraded, PHP 500,000 on Super and PHP 5,000,000 on Ultimate. GCash defines its own ceiling differently, as the balance held at any given time, so the two numbers do not compare like for like.
Example you can adapt: on an Upgraded account, a cashier payment of PHP 30,000 and a second of PHP 40,000 inside the same month use PHP 70,000 of the PHP 100,000 monthly figure.
Maya transaction limit for each send
A single send to another Maya user is capped at PHP 20,000 per transaction on Upgraded, with PHP 100,000 as the daily limit. Basic lists no send to Maya users. Super lists PHP 500,000 daily and Ultimate PHP 5,000,000 daily.

- Compare it with the per-transaction figure for your tier.
- If it is higher, split it or move up a tier with Maya’s own upgrade.
Maya withdrawal limit: money leaving the wallet
Maya describes cash-out through Maya Center agents and bank transfer to partner banks. Bank transfer out through InstaPay is capped at PHP 50,000 a day and PHP 100,000 a month on Upgraded, and the scheme itself carries up to PHP 50,000 per InstaPay transaction. Basic lists no InstaPay transfer.
The lobby’s help centre sets separate withdrawal rules: 200P minimum per request and 50,000P maximum per day. Those belong to the lobby, not to Maya.
