| Wallet limit | Ultimate Users have PHP 5,000,000, Super Users have PHP 500,000, Upgraded-tier accounts have PHP 100,000 per month and Basic accounts have PHP 50,000 |

| Settlement | arriving in real time over wallet-to-wallet or InstaPay, but on the same banking day via PESONet |
| Published fees | Beyond a combined PHP 8,000 per month, cash-in via selected partners is charged 2 per cent on the excess, and Maya’s cash-in page says anything up to that is free. Weigh that figure lightly: it is sourced to Maya’s own site, no re-fetch was done during verification, and the GCash schedule above was read directly. |
Maya states these as MONTHLY wallet limits. GCash defines its ceiling by the balance held at any given time. Presenting the two numbers together as a like-for-like comparison, as often happens, is not meaningful, because they measure different things.
Recorded in 2026-09, every figure on this page is a point-in-time one. Without notice, payment providers revise limits and fees, so the provider’s own page is the only current source.
How fast money actually moves
Maya settles arriving in real time over wallet-to-wallet or InstaPay, but on the same banking day via PESONet. Waiting time usually comes from the operator’s own review, which can hold a withdrawal before it ever reaches Maya, so what that describes is the rail and not the casino.
A per-transaction cap of A single transfer to another Maya user can be PHP 20,000 at most, and InstaPay transfers out can total PHP 50,000 per day, both at the Upgraded tier applies, which is why a larger transfer sometimes has to be split.
What Maya says about gambling transactions
The terms and conditions for Maya’s e-wallet, read directly, include no gambling clause, only broad rules against illegal activity and against anti-money-laundering breaches. In the terms for its CREDIT CARD, which is a separate product, ‘illegal gambling or unauthorized game of chance’ is listed as a restricted transaction, and the card may be suspended or cancelled as the stated consequence. Maya, likewise bound by BSP Memorandum M-2025-029 in August 2025, dropped in-app gambling and gaming links as required. What matters here is the distinction between the two products, since a credit card agreement’s restriction is no restriction on the wallet.
Verification tiers
- Basic — The wallet tops out at PHP 50,000 a month, and purchases top out at PHP 50,000 a day. At this tier, bank transfers via InstaPay and sending to other Maya users are both off the table
- Upgraded — Submission of valid ID, a verified address and a video selfie is mandatory. The wallet is allowed PHP 100,000 monthly, purchases are allowed up to PHP 100,000 daily, a Maya user can receive at most PHP 20,000 in each transaction and PHP 100,000 in each day, and InstaPay out is limited to PHP 50,000 a day and PHP 100,000 a month
