  1. Find your GCash receipt in six steps
  2. Lines on the receipt that matter to a cashier
  3. Payment reference number
  4. GCash pending transaction

The GCash receipt for a payment is on that payment’s own detail screen in your wallet, and it carries the lines a cashier chat will ask for. When a WJ2 deposit has left the wallet and the balance has not moved, this receipt is the first thing to secure. It belongs to the wider payment gateway route between wallet and cashier, where the wallet record is made before the cashier credits you.

Find your GCash receipt in six steps

GCash’s own Help Center describes the exact screens, so open the help section inside your wallet for the current layout. The steps below hold on any wallet screen layout.

  1. Open your wallet’s transaction history and find the payment you made for the deposit.
  2. Open that transaction so its detail screen shows in full.
  3. Read the status and confirm it reads as completed, not pending or failed.
  4. Copy the reference number exactly as shown.
  5. Screenshot the whole screen so the amount, date and time, status and reference number sit together.
  6. Compare the amount and time with the deposit you made, and save the screenshot with your WJ2 username.

Lines on the receipt that matter to a cashier

Not every line is useful when you write to support. These are the ones to keep.

LineWhy it matters
AmountSupport matches it against the deposit you requested
Date and timeTells support when the 5 and 20 minute marks fall
StatusShows whether the wallet treats the payment as done
Reference numberLets the cashier’s team trace that single payment

Payment reference number

A payment reference number identifies one payment. Copy it by hand or from the detail screen, and keep it in the screenshot as well, so a typo cannot cost you the match. Example: a ₱500 deposit sent at a given minute and a second ₱500 sent ten minutes later carry two different reference numbers, and only the reference number tells support which of the two you mean.

GCash pending transaction

A pending status means the wallet has not finished the payment. Do not send a second deposit while it shows pending, because a completed first payment and a second one would then both need matching. Check the status again after a few minutes, and remember the lobby’s own timing: the help centre says the balance arrives within 5 minutes in most of the time and to contact support after 20 minutes.

Problem

The payment will not open in my transaction history

Fix

Search the history by the amount and the day you paid. If it is still absent, the money has not left the wallet, and a failed deposit is covered on the page for cash in meaning and in the wallet’s own help.

Problem

The receipt shows completed but my WJ2 balance has not moved

Fix

Wait until 20 minutes have passed since the payment, then send the screenshot to the Customer Service chat. Details on the GCash side, such as limits and fees, are laid out under GCash casino limits and fees.

FAQ

Where is the GCash receipt after I pay?

It sits on the payment's own detail screen, reached from your wallet's transaction history. If the layout differs on your phone, open the wallet's help section and search for transaction history.

What is the payment reference number for?

It is the number the wallet gives that one payment. Support teams use it to match your payment to a record on their side, so copy it exactly.

My GCash payment shows pending. Pwede ba akong mag-deposit ulit?

Wait before paying again. The WJ2 help centre says the balance comes within 5 minutes in most of the time and to contact support after 20 minutes, so a second payment only makes matching harder.

Is a screenshot of the receipt enough for support?

A screenshot that shows the amount, date, time, status and reference number is what a chat agent can work from. Add your WJ2 username so they can find the account.
