A WJ2 withdrawal follows rules that the lobby’s help centre spells out, and knowing them first is the difference between a request that goes through and one that stalls. The help centre accepts requests 24 hours a day, sets a floor and a ceiling, and asks for the turnover to be reached before you can ask. This page lays those rules out in the order you meet them, and the what the WJ2 casino carries shows where the lobby fits around them.
Everything below is the help centre’s own statement, read on 1 October and 2 October 2026.
WJ2 withdrawal steps
Work through these in order and a request has the best chance of clearing first time.
- Reach the turnover. The help centre says “You have to reach the turnover to have a withdrawal request.”
- Complete any active bonus, because the bonus balance stays locked until it is complete.
- Confirm your bank details are right.
- Log in through the WJ2 login box and start the request.
- Enter an amount of at least ₱200, keeping your day’s total at or under ₱50,000.
- Enter your fund password, then watch the transaction record.
WJ2 withdraw limits at a glance
| Rule | What the help centre states |
|---|---|
| When you can ask | 24 hours |
| Minimum per request | ₱200 |
| Maximum per day | ₱50,000 |
| Fee | “We don’t charge anything for withdrawing” |
| Before a request | Reach the turnover |
A short example: three requests of ₱20,000 in one day total ₱60,000, which is over the ₱50,000 daily maximum. Two requests of ₱20,000 and one of ₱10,000 land exactly on the limit.
WJ2 withdrawal time: what the help centre promises
The help centre says WJ2 will pay out “within 10 minutes in most of the time”, and adds that the time depends on the particular payment gateway. Treat that as the lobby’s own statement of how it usually goes, not a clock that runs identically for every request.
Your own bank or wallet then has to post the money. Rails differ: InstaPay moves in real time, while PESONet settles by banking day. If you want to understand what happens between lobby and account, the payment gateway explainer walks through it.
WJ2 cash out: bank details and passwords
Your bank details are not part of registration. They are needed before a withdrawal, and the FAQs add four rules.
- Each account may hold 2 cards.
- One bank account can sit under one user only.
- Details cannot be modified after submission, and support changes them for you.
- A fund password is entered for every withdrawal, and it is different from your login password. Google Authenticator can be added.
If the account you give receives money through a wallet, that wallet has its own ceilings. For GCash, read the GCash casino limits page, where a Basic wallet tops out at ₱10,000.
What holds a request up
Your request does not go through and the turnover is not reached.
Ask the 24/7 Customer Service chat how much turnover is left on your account. The help centre says it must be reached before a request is possible.
A bonus is still active on your balance.
The help centre says an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until it is complete. Finish it first, then ask again. A ceiling on what a bonus can pay out is a separate idea, explained in the maximum cashout rule.
You entered the wrong bank details, or the bank account is frozen.
Contact customer support. The help centre says wrong bank account or payee details are corrected through support, because you cannot edit them yourself. The WJ2 customer service channels lists what to have ready.
Funding the account first
Withdrawals follow deposits, so the other half of the picture is the WJ2 deposit channels and limits, where the help centre’s limits are laid out: ₱100 to ₱50,000 on most channels and ₱2,000 to ₱200,000 for bank transfer.
